Is use of the word "suck" as a negative value judgement by definition inarticulate? Ie. does "suck" always suck?

I, like, really don't see any way, k'now, in which "suck" could, um, not be inarticulate?

Still not proven. Adding extra content-free verbiage such as "um" and "like" to a sentence is clearly inarticulate. Using a particular adjective is an entirely different thing, even if it is a very general one, or one that is rather slang-y. Is "nice" or "cool" always inarticulate?

Well, it articulates nothing other than a feeling of antipathy.

"The death penalty sucks".

"This pizza sucks".
