Well, my shiny new computer arrived today. Or it tried to, but the Fedex people decided it would be good to deliver it at 8:30 AM, when my brother was asleep (I wasn't home). So we picked it up. Brought it home, got it set up. Its internets were all broken. Some problem with the DNS server or cache, we thought. Tried everything we could think
