Well, yesterday I moved into my dorm room here. I can't really say I'm a fan of the dorm I've been assigned. Japanese people don't usually go to each others' houses either, though (maybe because they are too small); friends tend to go out places instead. L and G have that same no-opposite-sex visitor rule in their dorm too, and it is only for Waseda students.

I have the feeling that the disposing of bottles thing is going to be the more annoying part, given that disposing of anything in Tokyo is annoying, having to attempt to figure out which rubbish bin to throw it into and all...

Yeah, that's about what I figured. Kinda hard to get together with friends for movie/tv-show marathony type stuff, though. I am moving to another dorm tomorrow, though. Apparently the other two CIEE students here in this dorm complained enough that Joy-san (the coordinator here) managed to get all three of us moved. So we'll see what the new place is like.

hey, kinda unrelated, I'm sorry, but if you have any contact with Carly, could you please tell her to check her e-mail, it's about her roomdraw stuff.

Glad you made it safely though, hope you guys have fun!

Hey, that's cool. I do see Carly on occasion, and I'll be sure to tell her. The only problem is that since she's in a homestay, she probably doesn't have as free access to the internet that I do here in the dorms.
