The sims room isn't in quite the same state as last time; the walls were repainted a respectable military beige several months ago (though by whom is probably up for debate). The layout of chairs is much the same, though, along with the sims pushed together against the wall, and the tables beside them ( Read more... )

Trillian is welcoming enough to all kinds that, despite unaware of Lilly's ability to fly, Serenity or otherwise, she throws half a Danish at her anyway.

It's like a welcoming ritual.

Lilly catches it, in a squishy way.

"Oh hey, apple. I like apple."

She glances at the thrower. She only knows Trillian a little but that doesn't stop her from grinning cheerfully at the other girl.

"Trillian, right? Power behind the smurf-colored throne of Antar?"

Trillian hears too much from Faith and from Max to doubt this.

Lilly blinks at her.

"No?"

She pauses.

"Well, how do you mean? Occasionally when Raven and I are bored, he turns me into a raven and we go flying out back, and once Wa- once I flew Serenity, and oh, Meg and I flew her carpet together, but... other than that, no."
