Does no one else wonder if the Stadium is here to stay? Will it disappear as quickly as it came, or is it and the curses that came with it a permanent part of the City? Since it's still here, might that mean that we should expect another contest to start on All Hallows Eve?

Don't assume that your departure has escaped my notice. Why hasn't anyone said anything about it yet? Are they really all that oblivious?
I can't stand people sometimes.
Perhaps I'll resign. Oh, I'll stick around long enough to see what happens with the unit, certainly, but if it's not disbanded I doubt that anyone they would appoint to replace you would find a use for me. The police force doesn't seem like somewhere I really want to work, nor can I realistically control it from within as much as I'd like. To what end, anyway? Sometimes even I'm not quite sure what I want to be doing. ... I'll stay and find out, though. There's a chance things might get better, too.
Perhaps I'll go and work at the library. Or...
