awakenings the twenty-seventh
There are so many other things I should be doing right now; I guess you could say that I'm procrastinating. Heaven knows why, it's not as though I don't want to be making uniforms or working on that restraining device. (The latter is almost at the stage for me to start making prototypes. Eh, Riou-san, how many did you need?)
I started with something fairly simple. I just wanted to bake a cake for some reason, which is odd because usually that desire is coupled with one to eat cake. I can't say that I really want to eat any right now, however, just apparently bake (and decorate) it. So, I really wasn't very creative with the cake itself - it's just vanilla - but by the time it came time to decorate it I went a little crazy.
At that point, I started to regret having made such a plain cake. I wanted chocolate! And raspberries! So, I made this:
... several of those, actually. They're small. (I ate most of one.) Does anyone want some?
Then~, I remembered that Yuuko might like something with strawberries, so I made a strawberry mirror cake:
I should take it over there sometime today.
And then there's this:
Sort of a two-tier cupcake, I suppose. I really just wanted to make something especially tiny and beautiful, but now that I've made it it sort of reminds me of... well, certain people named Sakura in general, really.
And it's chocolate. ♥
I had better get back to doing other things. Lyra, do you think I should bring one of the cakes to work? ... You know, in case someone orders cake.
