today is going soooooooooooooooooooo sloooooooooooooooooooow.

Yesterday was great. My yoga class was fun because the students all taught our favorite poses to the class. In mind in motion I worked on alignment and developmental movement patters. The fast was fine, I didn't get too hungry and I managed to stick to it for the entire day. The biggest challenge was not using my cell phone. I was ok without it ( Read more... )

I have declared that today is the day that I truly get back to myself and focus on what I need to take care of myself and what I need to be happy and healthy. While reflecting on my yoga practice after doing the box pose today, I had a realization about my fear of being alone. If you didn't know, one of my biggest fears in life is being alone. i'm back at school and i feel aweful. i am trying not to think about the hard/bad/sucky things going on right now. i'm so over passover, but there are still five more nights (not inculding tonight). i am thankful for drugs.

My only possible reaction to BSG season finale last night was "holy shit!" Wow. Topics will be discussed further later. Until then, "holy shit!"

I had so much fun last night. I went out to a party and , although at first it was lame, I hung out with friends and danced! It's been so long since I've been out I am really happy that I went.
