what happened the seventh time?? this was thoroughly enjoyable! i kept trying to figure out what was going on. i wasn't quite expecting susan to be possessed by dead people, but i like it.

>>Gina sighed. "It's supposed to be a convincing falsification of a driver's license, identifying me as a woman of twenty-five years." She took it back with a frown. "Rafaela told me she got the idea from a TV show."

"Two actually. But one was a comic book first."<<

i know they just did this on constantine on friday, but what's the other show? dr who?

Yeah, Dr. Who. Inspired by the Doctor, I came up with the playing card idea, and then Constantine did it, like, a couple of weeks later. I have no idea if he did it in the comics (I've only read about half of Hellblazer).

Thanks! Their relationship is very important to me... and to the story.

P.S. Is that Kate Bishop in your icon?

"Magic it or something."

lols. This is most assuredly something I would, and have said many times! XD

This was slightly confusing, but you wrapped it up nicely by the end! I enjoy your dialogue - witty, amusing, and engaging. :)

I am, frankly, annoyed that Gina couldn't just magic it.

I agree on the confusion aspect but admit that it drove me onward. Gina's revelations are quite enticing, leaving enough unsaid that I want to follow her thought process.

And yes, I did run every one of those phrases through Google Translate and got the gist of what was going on there.

Well, it was supposed to be a little confusing, given that Gina was a little confused, but hopefully not enough to kill the story.

I like that it took Gina a while to catch on to what was happening to her friend -- and that for a while, she played it for her own amusement. :) Sounds like something Gina would do!

She's still not quite accustomed to dealing with humans...
