This piece is an intersection with messygorgeous. Chronologically, you should read mine first. Hers can be found here.

... you truly blew my mind with that shift!

Yes! That is exactly what I was going for! Thank you for making me blush with your kind words.

And don't forget to read messygorgeous 's followup, Location, Location, Location.

Oh, jeez, wow. I have a question but I worry about leaving spoilers in the comments for people who might skim the comments before reading the entry. Maybe my answer will be in your partner's entry anyway.

Aside from the question, though, I really enjoyed this piece. These characters felt very real to me.

You can always PM me your question--I'm totally curious as to what it might be.

I was going to, I've just been busy so I didn't get around to it yet. I think I have an idea on the answer, based on your partner's entry, though.

Ha! You clearly spooked the hell out of the ghost (Ted) :D I enjoyed the twist, didn't see it coming at all. This was a fun read, heading to read the second part now. Well done!

I'm really glad the twist worked. My entire inspiration for the story came from it.

I really enjoyed this, that Marisol could hear Ted all along and then finally let him know how she felt and breaking up with him, even though he's dead! That's cold. I guess the lesson is, if you die, never haunt your girlfriend/boyfriend -- who knows where it will lead?

I don't think she was holding back that she could see and hear him because she was cold, but because she was in public and didn't want to go talking to nothing. Either that or she thought she was going crazy and was trying to ignore him.

But the moral is definitely be careful who you haunt, because it might bite you.
