I applied for a job today. As a member of bar staff. I now have to work a trail shift tommorow night at some warehouse conversion posh joint in leeds and well...naturally I lied about having experience and Im probably gonna have to pull this one out of my rather large arse. Now Im either gonna look like a right chancer or Im gonna be the best bar

It's pretty easy to pick up. So long as you've been in the pub enough times, you should be able to get it alright. Learning where all the things are and where everything is on the till is the hardest bit, and seeing as everywhere is different with that stuff, they should go through it all pretty well for you. If an anti-social cow like me can do it, you'll be fine!
