me and you always seem to be in the same boat on so many things...I think that's why I liked you so much even after all that mess on FH. I'm just simply drawn to you (don't take this in a gay way...lol)
4 months is no time at all. I kind of want to suggest that you become a waitress. 1)it's minimum wage PLUS tips as apposed to simply just minimum wage, so it will get you to your goal faster or get you into a better aparment for longer. 2)I think it might help you a lot with your social issues. I don't want to say 'issues' like "oh em gee emily has issuzzee!" I just mean that maybe a job that forces you to be social and friendly and interact with people all day for MONEY might encourage a more social attitude over all. you know, help you get over the anxiety or dislike of people or what ever it is that's keeping you from getting out there and sharing your awesomeness with the world. who knows.
how would that be logical? She's got 4 months until she turns 18. It's not a very long time but it's enough time for her to at least get a job and save up for a decent apartment. If she just up and left now she would have no where to go, and no money to find a place to stay or get food to eat...she wouldn't be able to survive. Sure, things suck, her parents are being ridiculous a lot of the time, and it's very stressful and she shouldn't have to deal with it. but 1)she's under age and if she runs away her parents could call the cops on her. 2)running away REALLY wouldn't help show her parents that she's mature enough to make responsible decisions for her self. and well as I'm sure you can assume, the list goes on...
Emily, show your parents that you're better than all this and work your little ass off 'till it's blue if you have to and move out when you're good and legal.
Exactly. I'll just look at the way my parents treat me as an opportunity to grow stronger. Leaving now would be bad. I'm not even sure how I'll manage to make it on my own in four months.
