• Just read an interesting HP article pointed out by madeyemax here. Pretty much describes all that I felt was iffy about the books. And you should read the comments, they were teh funneh and also rather enlightening.

Yeah, I didn't particularly care for HBP either. There was stuff I liked, but overall ... meh. :/

I've just always had something against Ginny, from CoS on. And then Harry turned into an angsty emo teen boy. Very :/.

Oh, OotP was definitely the beginning of the end, for many reasons, not the least of which was Harry's capslock of rage crap. People have said they have the hardest time getting through GoF, but for me it's OotP. I've tried to re-read that thing twice now, and failed both times. I get about a quarter or a third of the way through and just ... stop.

I liked OotP when it came out (read it many times in a row *lame*), but by the time HBP came out, I was getting pretty tired of it. Capslock of rage XD *snorts* HOW TRUE. I did and still do like GoF, the plot was pretty amazing. Although the Hermione/Ron aspects kind of squicked me. I tended to just ignore them.
Absolute favourite was PoA. You?

On a kind of weird side note, my father always said that he would have named me Cedric if I was a boy. JKR has cursed this name, and I am fully convinced that I was not born a boy just to avoid that name.

POA was the best...I liked the fifth one ONLY because Harry was being tormented by Umbridge.

The 7th book ending...i mean WTF?!!! I wanted to burn it soooo badly....BURN IT!!!! The thing with Snape was sad...I always liked Snape, he didn't treat Harry like a "hero".

1. Wow. I think I love you (even more) for finding this article and inadvertingly showing it to me. Seriously. (I don't even care that it spoiled stuff about the 7th book for me, which no, I haven't finished reading, because I'm having the hardest time ever in existance just getting past the third page of the second chapter. I really do wana read, honest, but I just....can't.)

1. Wasn't it totally the shiznit, and you didn't expect it to be? Sorry about the spoilers. Um ... Well ... All I can say is, it gets really promising in the middle, and then it all goes to hell in a handbasket. *mumbles* F--kin JK. Fo shizzle. But you should read, just for the middle.

2. I KNOW ISN'T IT AMAZING?? I spent like four hours on that graphic. And all I really like is the boys. (Although that's because 3.75/4 hours was on them, then I just slapped a black background and some words on. But aren't the just most adorably squishy things you ever saw? I do a little *heartsighsquee* whenever I see that pic. *snuggles mah boyz*)
