I'm writing a short paper about how Los Angeles is a "great city, terrible place" and I was looking up economic numbers. It's not really relevant, but I found that the University of California hires more people in LA than the City of Los Angeles. Los Angeles County is the number 1 employer, with LAUSD in second. Camping
Tiffany (yes, I'm dating someone new) invited me to go camping with her, her mother, her mother's boyfriend Arty, and some family friends. It was RV-style, so no real "roughing it" but it was fun. Its not fair. My roommate is done with finals, but that's only because she's not taking her last one. She did so bad on the midterm a counselor told her to just not take the final and her grade would be dropped. And instead of going home early (she finished Tuesday morning) she's still here. My mother is starting to lose her hair because of chemo. She's staying really upbeat about it. I'm not so sure how I'm doing. I really need a shoulder to cry on and I just don't have it...
