Yeah, and it was a BEAT GENERATION (LITERATURE!) CLASS. A select group of girls were hating on William Burroughs' writing. I couldn't believe it, but it was exactly the same thing as you described. I have to admit I'm a little hesitant now to take any of the creative writing courses because I know there's a lot of peer critiques and poem-swapping and what not. It's not that it's intimidating as much as it is worthy of eye-rolling. I know I'm an elitist sometimes too, but geez, I try not to show it.
Haha, Suzanne told me she got 0% rationality on one of those personality tests for school. I LOVE IT!
