To be honest, i've no idea what an inflamed appendix looks like! Who knows, maybe it's really pretty :)

Essentially, my comment was asking "how was the receptionist rude to you?", i'm sorry if i didn't make myself clear. I would be offended if you got insulted; After all, you have my eternal love, with chocolate sprinkles!

well she could barely form a coherent english sentence, and she was not friendly at all... she was walking around and typing on the computer for like 20 mins while we were standing at the counter waiting for her to take my health card, and she wasn't like "sorry, one moment please..." she just ignored us. stupid rude lady >.<

not insulted at all, except for that fact that i don't get whipped cream along with my chocolate sprinkles! :'(
