So i get my Cold Air Intake this week
my muffler broke off on the weekend, so that $250 for a new 2 1/2" system back from the cat converter
was getting the roof painted in the next few weeks
but looks like i'll wait a bit longer
i have a cold right now, and i don't like it :(
i'm going to go curl up on the couch and watch tv now

Are you using Leonard's Mufflers to get the new muffler? They're pretty good. They put a new exhaust system on bob when I lost it for $120.

Commodores have this braided wire hose piece that has to be on the muffler pipe, and it alone costs over $100

I was trying to point out he was reasonably priced, considering the other quote I got at the time was $200

what's a cat converter? can we take the dogs there to get them converted to cats?

a cat converter is "catalytic converter" it absorbs stuff that's harmful to the environment
but yes, i can TRY and convert the dogs with it, but they'd probably just get badly burnt

ok, well test it on midget first, so we can see if it works. then do patches if it does.
