At 4 am this morning I woke up really dizzy and nauseous. I HATE throwing up so I will do everything in my power not to and got the bright idea if I ate an Otter pop I'd feel better. So I made my way to the kitchen totally dizzy and got one and ate it and I felt better! For about 10 minutes when the dizzy/nauseous feeling got worse and I wound up

i always want salty things when i am sick...its strange, but they do make me feel better, even if its just temporary!

For some reason when I get sick my brain tells me that if I take a scalding shower or eat a Popsicle I will feel magically better.
