Ugh, I'm just not use to this losing. It's been a rough year so far. We're 2-4 after losing today against Austin College on the road in Sherman, TX. I just got back from Dallas about an hour ago. Ugh, man, I shouldn't be up right now. Not only has college football destroyed my body (beat up, but hey, that's football), but I've also lost about 20 pounds since camp, and at this rate I'll be a starting lacrosse player next year instead of starting on the offensive line. It's finally here, and it's beginning to feel like gameday again. I missed that feeling, and it's nice to have back.

Well, I tell ya, trainers can be miracle workers sometimes. I'm still in tremendous pain, but I was able to play through the scrimmage yesterday, and now with some serious bandaging, taping, icing, massaging, etc., I'm feeling a TON better.

I dunno how it will work out in the long run, but for now, I'm still in it, so we'll see...

Yeah, so I got pretty injured today. I'm going to make the stupid decision to try and play in the scrimmage to preserve my starting spot, but this could turn out bad. We'll see ( Read more... )

Hmm, I'm not much of a fan of the beach, but it was actually fun for once. Eating out every night somewhere nice, riding go-karts and playing putt-putt all day Tuesday, playing a nice round of 18 holes of golf on Wednesday and shooting only a 2 over on Wednesday, and renting dune buggies to ride around all day Thursday.
