They don't give awards for good writing, they give awards for outstanding writing...I think the 2006 Emmys are already the ones to beat at the 2007 Emmys.

I only watched about 4 minutes of it (Claire kept switching back to TLC to watch "The Man Whose Arms Exploded" or something ridiculous like that.) But I caught Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert presenting, which was hilarious.

TLC brings me down. I watched a thing on there last week about children with primordial dwarfism. It was a three-hanky bummer.

Or was it about the tiny little girl that looked a little bit like that Harry Potter elf guy?

It was the Harry Potter elf girl one...And they followed it up with the "aging disease" children one, at which point I turned off the television and called my mom to tell her I love her.
