So I got up at 5:30 this morning, took a shower, and drove to Target. Arrived at Target around 6:05. I was #40 in line. For the Wii. At 7:00 they passed out tickets. 8:00 opened doors. 8:30, I'm driving home with a Wii. Sage and I have played tennis and golf. Very fun. Zelda arrives tomorrow ( Read more... )

I definitely recommend getting it on tap. It's their summer brew, so you're getting a little bit beyond its regular season. I've found that it tastes best in June or July, served fresh from the brewery with a delicious slice of orange adorning the glass.

Don't give up on it just yet. But I think to really get the full experience, you should wait until next summer to get some, and then you should get it on tap. From Kalamazoo.

You're officially a bigger video game geek than me now.

I never waited in line to be the first to own any game system.

You. Rule.

First off they were talking about the Wii and bowling on NPR this morning, not the PS3...so it's they system I got that we're talking about here. I haven't owned a game system from the time I had an NES up until this year so your question is not one that I've given a lot of thought.

I didn't buy the Wii so I don't ever have to go bowling again. I bought it because there are a bunch of games I will want to play on it and it's really fun to play with these new motion sensing controllers and a bunch of friends. I don't go bowling in real life very often (I don't think I've been this year). I'd like to play real tennis more. Wii Sports tennis is a heck of a lot of fun and until it warms up again outside Sage and I will probably play it often. It's fun and interactive. It's a good party game.

Everyone please feel free to chime in here.
