I have no idea if anyone is still reading this old thing after I disappeared into fandom retirement to write original stuff. But if so, hi! Hope you're all well. Since then, I've been bit by rabid plotbunnies twice, and in an effort to get all of my fic in one place, I figured I would at least post links here. (And eventually put my Watchmen stuff

So I'm occasionally on Skype these days, mainly to RP at odd hours with people in other countries. I am amazed that paintchat is still on! I miss it.

I got very very ill back in 2008 and also in 2011 (both times, I got pneumonia and then got a severe infection from a non-healing wound -- the second time, I ended up with MRSA). I'm better now, but I'm pretty much house-bound these days.
Ahhh....RP. I used to RP on Livejournal back in 2002. Some old fan friends and I had one of the earliest interactive set of RPing journals on Livejournal. Most everyone dropped out of that fandom, but still it was good times while it lasted. :)

The short version is incredibly rare tumour that they didn't know how to treat. It's out, doesn't look likely to recur though I'll have to be watched for the rest of my life, and I now have a large chunk of metal and a piece of dead person bone where one of my vertebrae used to be, making me the most goth-industrial person you know. :)
I did not know there were pchat archives. No idea whether my senile old machine could handle Paintchat, but if I ever get some time (ha ha ha) I will certainly try!

Weirdly, the original thing I'm writing isn't like that at all. The emotionally repressed antihero gets the least amount of action out of anyone, and the main romance is between a happily married couple and a sentient city.
