Week four, run one today. Week four is structured as below:
  • 5 minute warm up walk
  • 3 minute run
  • 90 second walk
  • 5 minute run
  • 2.5 minute walk

Have to admit that i'm not so fond of the blisters. Need to find whatever spot in my shoe is rubbing and patch it somehow.
