I got through week 4 of the couch to 5K without any major problems, except for blisters. I probably need to think about different socks, or something

I may have already written a poem to Bodyglide, but I love Bodyglide. (Ultrabalm also works, it's cheaper and is available at Lush.)
Cover the bottom of your foot in bodyglide, including the arch (my problem zone), and it's much harder to get blisters. I also recommend injinji socks, but they are pricey, and lightfeet socks. Nike socks are poo, don't bother.
Well done! The first bit of a run generally feels crappy, until you warm up.
