Oh Dear God

Today I drove an hour to a hospital in London Ontario for an MRI...unfortunately after I was registered and changed into into the exam gown I was informed that the MRI had blown the main scanning coil and my appointment had to be rescheduled...which it was. Fortunately I was able to get a Sunday appointment so at least I won't miss another day of ( Read more... )

0_o, sounds like you need some eye bleach, so check out the cute pictures at https://www.reddit.com/r/Eyebleach/

So, are the wash rooms co-ed or just individual units? As you would think that the hospital would be big enough to have multiple stalls.

I'm doing pretty good, after a few good nights of sleep. As well as I continue to play with the new kittens (seriously, I lose track of time while I'm doing so). The wedding went well enough, though by the end of the night, I was crashing and it didn't help that they had overbooked the hotel, so we had to go to another hotel in that chain (at a lower price, but also with less features), which wasn't fun at 11pm. I'm planning on putting up a bigger post about it latter in the week.

The eye bleach is much appreciated.

The washrooms are big co-ed handicap capable units with a locking door that the occupant hopefully uses...

Damned hotel chain. At least you'll have some laughs to look back on in the future.

Looking forward to the bigger post.

Give the kitties some ear skritches from me.

I am living with six cats.

It's insane.

I'm curious, as I have just gone from 1 to 3 (and 2 of them are separated from the 3rd). How did it happen? Are any of yours separated?

I live in an enormous house now. So I figured I could try fostering some kittens. The rescue was delighted and promptly gave me a litter of three too-young-to-be-adopted kittens. I already had three cats. Suddenly six!

We kept the kittens shut in a room for the first two weeks, but now we let them out during the day. It's a little chaotic, even with all this space. Mostly because five out of the six cats have a tendency to just follow humans around.

I'm fine, despite having a cold, and trying to break myself three times in two months. Three falls, which resulted in a dislocated hip, a wrenched shoulder and a lot of bruises. Apart from that everything's fine.

I'm okay. Considering things could have been worse. My chiropracter patched me back together and the bruises are fading. I've done worse.

How are you going?

I'm getting by. I am truly tired of this whole Abscess situation and the very slow pace of medical care available for it here in Ontario.

Work continues at a madde pace with too much of it...I worked 81-1/2 hours one week...that was tough.

This getting old is for the birds.
