More interesting work, every time.
Co-worker popularity is something I don't have or want.
Financially comfortable is enough.

Interesting work would keep me happy, the other two wouldn't do much for my happiness rating.

I also feel interesting work is the most important - I am very easily bored and need a variety of challenging and different things regularly or I switch off.

If by "popularity" you mean your co-workers are civil and your boss isn't Satan then, yeah I'd go with that. Because stress-free is most important to me. But if you mean you are all chummy and get on really well and are best mates then, I'm not bothered about that, I've got friends already! give me the money!

I think No 1 for me is overall atmosphere of the workplace. I like the people I deal with to not be horrible, I like to be treated with respect and be supported, I like a good work/life balance, it's nice if the view from the staffroom is relaxing... :)

We have a nice view from the staffroom kitchen window - it's actually a pleasure when the kettle takes ages to boil! I even like it when it's raining because the rain pounding on the roof always sounds the same as when you're in a tent and it feels like I'm camping!
