Ohhh, they'll do one or the other, trust me. I'll make sure of that.
At this point, I want the refund. Then I'll go to a different place and have them fix it, because I'm not entirely sure I want these people touching my hair ever again.
I'm SO mad.
I don't really consider myself, like, a huge girly girl or something, but my hair is SO important to me. And, you know, this probably sounds completely ridiculous and shallow, but I definitely cried last night AND had a nightmare about it.

I'm going to post a pic a little later... which everyone should appreciate because I'm not voluntarily showing too many people...
I think I will go elsewhere. I want to go out and fix it today before school tomorrow, but I don't think they're open, and I have to make sure I can get a refund before I pay someone else for it.
Anywhere else is going to be more expensive, too. Which at this point I don't mind, but regardless. I don't want to spend $250 finding a color I can live with.
I'm going to go by in a little bit and see if they are open, and then go to the Spring Creek Salon and see what they have to say about my hair, and what they can do about it. I know their coloring *starts* at $85, and I would probably spend upwards of $125... but I don't care.
