Our Geek Club has a great system in place. As I think I already mentioned, every DM gives a pitch for their campaign, then players get to choose which game to join. Furthermore, each game's default lifespan is one academic quarter. I was just able, using my incomparable cleverness, to lure the spider that had been building webs in my sweatshirt out of my room. Now the bastard has invaded my suitemate's room, which, all in all, makes me feel damn good about myself.

There's about a 50/50 chance that I will be DMing a game for the UCSD RPG Club, depending upon whether or not there are enough DMs to handle the massive number of geeks who attend the weekly sessions. There's been a sort of perpetual street fair or flea market on campus here at UCSD for the past couple of days. Everything from food to knickknacks to clothing to iPods has been for sale at some point or another somewhere on Library Walk. I don't know if my razor became sharper, or my skin became a couple of layers thinner, or what, but I can tell you this: this is the first time I've ever cut myself shaving, and its a bitch.
