i find that the key phrase in this is insensitive comments.

my boyfriend and i tease each other with "a list"
of top 10 people we would allow each other to fuck.. of course unobtainable people.. celebrities.. authors.. musicians.
and we okay each others lists.
but we know that if ridiculous opportunity would ever happen we would never act on it.
but we tease each other.. never stepping over the line. no details or anything.. none of its actual fantasy.
if i go a little overboard about wanting to get into so&so's pants, he lets me know. and i do the same for him.

your boyfriend shouldnt be doing this. its fucking rude. let him know he's hurting your feelings and being a douche.
