I bought a Swiss Roll Tin from my beloved 100 'Daiso' YEN shop while in Tokyo and couldn't wait to try it out.

I have just finished making a Mango Swiss Roll.......

The cake was too dense, I over filled it with mango piece so the cake cracked and I thought I had a 'GREAT' idea by adding a layer of mango coulis on top of the whipped cream which only ( Read more... )

Aww thanks hun but I get it from my parents always telling me I have to do the best I can. You must know what I'm talking about, I think it's the same with all Chinese parents haha.

Congrats on becoming a American citizen! Now you can go almost anywhere without having to get a visa, YAY! Are you able to get a duel citizenship?

I know exactly what you are talking about. My dad is always tough on me.

I'm going to apply for my U.S. passport today. I can't wait to put a few stamps on it. ;)

And since I'm Chinese (not legally), my New Year will be on Jan. 26th later this month. You are not very late, as a matter of fact, you are rather early to say Happy New Year.
