For the last week or so my mate Jade has been giving me riddles to work out.  I'll get some right and some so wrong that I'll might as well have Michael Jackson's face.  Today she sent me 'THE EINSTEIN RIDDLE'.

Chilli con carne, requested by my beloved. I cheated with the help of Uncle Bens. I added extra tomatoes, extra chillies and some coriander to the mix. Served with rice, sour cream and some cheese.

I really wanted to make takoyaki today but my beloved (I say that word without a smile) didn't wake up in time to go to the Japan centre before it closed.  So I ended up making roast leg of lamb.

Tokyo has to be the best city in the world to let the 'eating beast' within out. The food in Tokyo is my no#1 reason for my love of all things Japanese. I'm going on my second trip this year to Tokyo at the end of the year, can't bloody wait!
