I think graffiti is more of a problem because people are stupid and less because it is wrong. Graffiti on a freeway overpass? Fucking awesome. Graffiti on a 300 year old bridge? Makes me want to cry. And as long as douche puppets continue to deface things that already are someone else's art or national treasures, then we will have to either make it illegal or regulate it in some way.
Did you know that they had to close down Stonehenge and build an "observation deck" because people kept carving their names into the stones? It's that sort of thing I can NOT abide by!
