Ever since one of my art directors sent me news of this, I've been tracking the Cintiq Wacom 12wx. They released it first in Europe, but it looks like it's finally here in the U.S. I'm seriously considering getting this after Christmas... Has anyone heard any good or bad news about it?

Oh and BTW, it's awesome that your art direction sent you news of it. I had to tell my Art Director WHAT a Cintiq even was. :/

Omg yes. It looks so awesome. Always wanted a Cintiq...and the price point for this one is very tempting.

Haha, looks pretty close to me. I think the goggles are slightly off tho. Man, that was one good music video.

It's $999, which I personally think is quite a steal now that it's 'cheaper' than the high end tablet PC I was looking at. Still quite a bit saving tho. @_@
