Ahh yes, the marathon correcting style of Peg. I know it well :) And heck yeah for the DFoP! I'm excited to see how much it's going to change.

Hoo-rah for your last PT session today! Do you think it's helped any with decreasing pain, or increasing strength/range of motion?

Also, are we still on for practice tomorrow? Er.. or today.. you know what I mean.. :)

oh heyyy-

yeah, i'm sure i did my reel at least 18 times.
no joke.

my feet were really swollen from running/PT, so naturally, my hard shoes weren't the most comfortable things ever.

in regards to PT, it definitely helped in decreasing pain and increasing my range of motion/overall strength. i'm back to 100% on the left foot/ankle.

not sure about practice today...i kinda want to take it easy and prepare myself [mentally] for saturday.

what are you up to between 2-5 on friday?
let me know!

I'm glad the PT has helped! If you're back to 100% on your left foot and ankle, you made a really quick turnaround. I'm impressed. :)

I totally understand if you don't want to practice today. As for Friday, I'm probably going into the office since my dad will back from Chicago. But if you want to, you can borrow the key and go out to the studio during the day.

So I finally got brave and cut my hardshoes on Monday. I made the hole on the inside just like you said and then I made a small hole on the outside of the shoe by the ball of the foot. My feet say "Ahhhhhh..." They're still incredibly supportive but with less pain, and I can sort of point my toe now. Yay!

so i'm getting super-nervous about this feis situation.
i've been listening to dance music in my car nom-stop
[going over my steps, over and over AND OVER]

there are 16 people in my comp. [including me]
which is gigantic for an open champ. competition.
sheeeeesh!

i'm not leaving without at least one first place.
[sooo if i'm MIA next week, it's because i'm living at the casino in windsor]

i'll call you tomorrow...
i'm sure i'll need a pep talk : )

ps- yay for the shoes! i'm glad it helped!
