i got approved to take over the apartment i applied for! i am getting a sweet one bedroom 2 miles from my work...24 hour fitness room, pool, hot tub, closet space, etc etc...i am subletting for $500 a month (it's a $740 apartment) so i cant complain

So happy things are going well for you. The apartment (flat) looks great, nice amount of space for a 1 bed place.
