If you missed the men's relay in swimming you missed a great race. The US pulled it out at the last millisecond against the top-ranked trash talking French, smashing the world record into little itty bitty pieces*. Just fantastic! It also sets up Michael Phelps to beat Mark Spitz's record for the most gold medals, which is pretty cool

Wasn't it cool how the green world record line was sooooo far behind them all? Awesome - I so needed to be in bed but I stayed up just to watch it. So glad, freaking awesome :)
