Am I the only one not excited about Sarah McLaughlin on the cruise?

I'm excited because I have never seen her live before, but it wouldn't be a reason for me to book if I wasn't already going, like Great Big Sea would be. :)

Sarah Harmer did just fine, and she's pretty mellow... I enjoyed her a lot. :)

Hm, true. I think my worry is that Sarah is such a big name artist and that makes it...different, somehow. Agh. *Fails at being articulate at 11 am after working all night*

No worries. I know exactly what you mean.

I always thought she'd be an ideal add to the lineup, but that she's too "big," as in "more hits and name recognition by the unwashed masses" than BNL. ;)

No. I mean, I'm all up for seeing one of her shows, but if I don't I won't at all be disappointed.

Here's hoping that while she's doing a main show, there's a GBS show on the Lido deck!

BTW, does she do *anything* upbeat or is it all mellow/ballady? If it's all mellow, I might have to stay away because I'll fall asleep, lol!
