A pause, for a moment, in thought. His eyes trained on the frenchman, hand still running through his hair.

"...I think you should," he murmured back, placing a soft kiss on his lips.

His own eyes shut, enjoying Arthur stimulating one of his hot-spots. Whether making love or not, Francis loved his hair being played with.

Quickly his fingers unraveled the necktie Arthur wore, deftly undoing the knot and pulling it off him as he rose to stand. He tugged on the fabric and took the tie with him, smirking at his love as he stepped back to shut and lock the door before returning to him no the bed. He greeted Arthur with a rather passionate kiss.

He smirked back as his tie was stolen, staying comfortable in his spot while the Frenchman locked the door. The passion in the kiss, however much it really shouldn't have, caught him a bit by surprise and he hummed low into it, a hand finding its way back into his hair again as he returned it.

The passion was something Arthur would have to get used to. Francis gave it out a lot. Francis' life was nearly nothing but passion. It's just who he is.

He reached out, linking his fingers with Arthur's and pulling them together.

"I could tie you up now..." it was half a tease and half a suggestion.
