Alrighty, next time possible, kay? I'm not a big fan of ginger myself -- too much in the fake yakisoba that they make at noodle company. It's fake because they say "pan fried japanese noodles" but that's not how you would cook udon (Japanese noodles) anyway, I don't think. Point is they make it with yakisoba spices (normal ginger amount x 1,000,000) but they use these big thick Japanese noodles (udon). Soba (buckwheat noodles) are thinner and yummy. Cy made me some of his at the Japanese festival last year. \>_
