A question

Jun 28, 2013 08:45

When you are troubled, who do you seek for help?
Or who do you consult with, when you have a problem?

Parents? Family? Real friends? Internet friends?
And if you can explain your choice, it will be really appreciated.

I will be very thankful for any answer. <3

Hi, thanks a lot for your reply. <3
In the past I didnt talk about my problems with anybody else, either, but later I started to consult it on internet or with some friends.

I also like to talk about my problems with somebody on internet. ;)

I am asking, because all my friends left LJ and I lost a place, where I could consult my problems, therefore I feel sad, depressed, confused, weak.
I also dont see them very active on twitter, so I cant even check on their life, because I am also curious what is going on in ther life.
I just feel sad that I am not in contact with people from LJ, who I cared about a lot.

Thank you very much for your kind words and comment! <3

I am glad that you understand how I feel. :)
It is just that I made the mistake that I created only 1 FB account at the beginning. :/ I like to visit FB for people who are my internet friends, but I hate to go there because of many real life "friends". You are one of a few exceptions (of real life friends), who I really love to visit on FB though. ;)
I would love to have separate FB just for real life friends and another account for internet friends. The problem is that I cant transfer our conversations and our FB history from one account to another. :/
To be honest, FB pisses me off in so many cases, that it is really unhealthy for me to visit FB. Although I still do. >.Most of my LJ friends just moved somewhere else, I cant say that they are now active on twitter or tumblr, everybody is somewhere else and they are also not very active... It just feels like my LJ friends are spread all over the social network and I cant get grasp of them ( ... )

It depends on what kind of problem. I'd consult with friends, if I feel that it's fine to let them know about it. If not, then I usually keep it to myself.

It all depends on what kind of problem it is. I have a few close online friends so I don't mind consulting with them too. RL friends, it depends on who I feel comfortable to talk to.

Are you experiencing a problem?

I see. Well, I mean problems about friends and future, job etc, not about relationship or something too pesonal.

It is just that I have a lot of things on my mind and as everybody left LJ, I lost a place, where I could consult my problems or where I could kinda "complain", but get some advice, reaction. Because I lost a place, where I could try to solve my problems, I feel kinda lost and weak. To see that nobody reacts to my RL posts on twitter, FB or tumblr is killing me and I miss some friend-interaction. May be I just would like to feel cared about, may be I am just spoiled and childish. ^^" But another thing is that I also miss hearing about your/LJ friends life, which makes me sad. T.T

It is great that you have a few close online friends, happy for you.
I also discuss only some problems, when it comes to RL friends, because I must be comfortable to talk about it with them.

Thank you very much for your comment, I appreciate it a lot. <3 ( ... )

Friends, well, it depends too. Let's say you have a problem with one friend, you may be able to talk to A about it but not B cause B might be sensitive to the issue. But the best thing is to consult someone who doesn't know the person you're talking about if the issue is too serious ( ... )
