You're certainly looking sharp around the arms and shoulders. I'm going to reserve judgement though, until I see your upper and lower back ;)
Out of interest have you started deadlifting and squatting yet? I seem to remember the last time we talked about it, you weren't, but that was a long time ago now.
Hehehe, sadly my upper and lower back leave quite a lot to be desired, as my work out routine is haphazard at best! ... But thanks for the kind words about my arm and shoulder definition all the same! ;)
And to answer your question ; nah, I don't dead lift at all, but that's due more to the limitations of the gym I go to, rather than not wanting to do it. I _do_ however do squats, but they're on a machine, rather than using free weights.
You're showing great promise with your shoulder and arm development. It'd be a shame not to go for a fully developed physique by implementing some of the larger compound movements. That isn't meant to be condescending or derogatory, but you run the risk of looking unbalanced if you don't train the lower body with similar intensity to the upper body. Sadly, ham curls and leg extensions don't cut it ;)

... And there's no chance of me ever developing body builder legs, as I'm a pretty damn lazy gymbrat, when compared to most! ;)
