yesterday was AWESOME!
Pastor Prince wasn't at church yesterday but Pastor Judah Smith, the pastor of City Church, Seattle, U.S.A, was. and boy was he great! omg, he was so funny, from his true stories about a cheese factory to his superb opera skills whilst singing a bit of Psalms 34, with a lil help from teh-tarik or as he pronounced it like, "tatari". when i heard him say that, i was like "what?" until the lady next to me told me that it was teh-tarik. man, this guy's really cool, when he read John 6, where Jesus tells His people to eat of His Flesh and drink His Blood ( which is equals to the Holy Communion) Pastor Judah said of what the people would have thought when they heard that. "That's really gross!" he said. LOL! ok, jokes aside, the message was not to only see Jesus but to taste Him ( as in Psalms 34) meaning to absorb Him, encounter Him. now, Pastor Judah Smith is my # 2 favorite pastor, with Pastor Prince #1 of course, but all the praise goes to Jesus cos last Saturday night i asked Him that His Word would impact me on Sunday. and boy, He gave me a "better than expected" service! Hallelujah! :)
and yesterday night at 10:21 PM, i was listening to Pastor Prince and his preachings on the love story of Ruth (disc 1) on my Mac and i was filled with the Word. of course i would have continued listened on disc 2, but i fell asleep. this morning i woke up and thanked God for giving me such a good sleep and a dream where i heard these words, " you are the reason i live, you are the reason i live". it'd be part of a church song but it really does feel like Jesus is the reason i live. which is true. when i left the house to school today, i listened to Hillsong songs which made me happy. and then i realized that i can listen to each disc of the love story of Ruth each night before i sleep. since there are five discs left, voila! 1 for Mon, 1 for Tues, another 1 for Wed, 1 for Thurs and 1 more for Fri. how cool is that God can place these things in the right place at the right time! Hallelujah!
and now, I am so filled with joy of knowing that God is with me and for me, and i am feeling that this week is gonna be great because of Jesus and He is gonna work miracles for me! I just know it! and it's just Monday and i am so excited i don't know why!
