I've been using these crest white strips and now my teeth are really sensitive. I have to shield my teeth from the wind.

but my teeth are whiter. I think it was a fair trade.

i knew you were gonna ask this hahaa. see let me clarify, my mouth IS closed but when the wind blows i can still feel it through my skin. i dont know how but the only way for me to not feel pain is to cover my face lol

yeah, i've heard that the whitestrips pretty much destroy the enamel on your teeth. and while they're whiter, you're more prone to gum disease and cavities.

yeah see what it does is it bleaches the dentin underneath ur enamel, and in order to get behind the enamel it makes your enamel porous, thus less strong. thus prone to everything bad. but, i like white teeth. haha
