See my gut reaction is to say it is bad, but I hate the legal precedent of cracking down on it too much to actually approve of banning it unless you are inciting people to violence (which is the current legal rulings). Like unless you have specific local ordinances that say things like "no nazis", which is nice and specific and can be useful. But if the law was written too blankly, as most laws are intentionally written , it can also be used to suppress protests and groups fighting for their own freedom.
