u dont need to but if you really want to only do this once or twice take some laxatives, it make u lose your poop weight and alot of your water weight, along with that drink alot of water so u dont get dehydrated and so u can get more out, i lost 6 pounds my first trip to the bathroom, but i didnt take themt o loose weight dont wry also you could drink nothing but cranberry juice (not cocktail, just juice along with water) for like 4 days and you lose either i think 5 pounds, but u can barely eat anything
