I wish we knew, hon. I wish anyone knew. You are strong. You are made of incredible stuff. Maybe you make to make the most of the little moments... store up every smile, save every laugh, cherish every chuckle. If you go through a long drought from them, maybe the memories will carry you through to the next set, or maybe you can learn what brings you tiny moments of joy or peace, and try to find a way to carve out space for you to make room for those practices in your life. Self-care is an important tool in the arsenal against managing life's challenges, and even chronic depression. Lean on people when need to. If you don't know anyone you think you can lean on, find them. They're out there, and they're not hiding. Don't be afraid to reach out and ask for help. We are so much more a global community than we like to pretend, and we are relearning that so intensely right now. Help others. It will make you feel better in ways you couldn't have foreseen. Above all, love yourself, and make sure you remember to show yourself

While I can't answer that question for you, I can tell you it's worth continuing to try. Continue to follow your bliss, to find the things you really want to do, and you will find fulfilment.
I wish I knew when it would get easier, but perhaps different parts HAVE gotten easier and you may not have noticed? You've passed through childhood and into adulthood, and many of the challenges you've faced down have probably become less pressing.
But adulthood brings new reponsibilities and challenges and stressors. I think those will get easier over time, too, but there's a long period where the challenges are different but the struggle continues. Hang in there!
