I finish... but my hands are shakey

Hey ya'll, I finally finished my book report for western Civ. It is due in 5 hours. It is about marie antoinette. She was a weird crazy bitch! Oh well. My hands are shaking. I could bearly eat dinner cause they were shaking. BUt i eventually got it down. I had rice yumm rice. I am so glad I got that book report done. I am doing my next english

I really wish there was something I could do but Im at a loss. Maybe you could find a support group? I know it sounds silly but maybe talking to people in the same situation might help?

Things will get better. I promise. The good thing is that you recognize you have a problem and you want to stop. Therapy will be a really good thing. Just let it all out, and tell him/her everything. Oh and say a lil prayer. I know i'll keep you in mine. <3
