Well the budget issuses aren't from possible fines imposed by the federal government; I don't know if you've heard, but the state is facing a 700 million budget deficit this year, and a 1.5 + billion one next year, and Eastern is a public university, so suffice it to say, there will be cuts...

As to the other thing, buy a gun. No shit, buy a little .22 or .25 revolver, you won't be going hunting with it, but it works damn well when at the distance it's intended for...they call them 'belly guns' for a reason.

Yeah I don't care about the budget thing that much (maybe I should). But I do care that they lied about there having been a murder.
