It was three o'clock in the morning, and everyone inside the dormitory was asleep. Practice was tiring, and the next day was full of schedules in different places. It was not too long ago when EXO had their comeback so a little bit of rest is something they value deeply.
It was three thirty in the morning, and Baekhyun rose up from his bed. He, along with the other members, weren't supposed to wake up until the next hour and a half, but he suddenly felt the urge to go downstairs and drink a glass of water. He was still half-asleep as he slowly made his way down the stairs. He was lucky enough to get to the kitchen area safely without tripping himself. He pressed the refrigerator door, and slowly the contents revealed itself to him. He gripped the handle of one pitcher on one hand and held a glass on another hand. He slowly poured the liquid into his glass, and brought the glass to his lips, and slowly let his throat savor the coolness brought by the water.
He felt a bit more awake than he felt before, and made his way back to his room. He shared his room with Zitao and Chanyeol, and to his delight, the three of them maintain a close relationship with each other. A very close one, to be honest. Especially Baekhyun and Chanyeol.
It was three forty five in the morning, and the moon was sturdily hanging in the sky. The clouds seemed to be away for the moment, so the gleaming moon was wonderfully visible in the starry sky. As Baekhyun entered their room, he looked at the moon as it made its way to the room, as it made its way to Chanyeol's face.
Chanyeol's eyes were slightly opened, a condition he got because of his too large eyeballs. Baekhyun slowly made his way to the sleeping male, and put his palm on the latter's forehead. Quite relieved that he wasn't disturbed by Baekhyun's actions, he gently pushed his palm to Chanyeol's eyelids, making the latter male close his eyes.
Chanyeol looked so peaceful, and Baekhyun was happy. He smiled gently as he looked at Chanyeol's face. Unknowingly, he drew himself closer, until his lips were a few millimeters away from Chanyeol's forehead. Consciously, knowingly and wholeheartedly, he closed the distance between his lips and Chanyeol's forehead, into a chaste kiss full of love and concern.
With that, Baekhyun went back to his bed.
