wow.
I always thought it would be somthing simple.

but wouldnt the further connections with people hinder your own individuality? If your surrounded by other people's opinions, does that make your own opinions seem less credible, making yourself an outsider in your own mind?
does being yourself even come into play here?

I think we do put on masks so to speak when with different people because we want them to have "the right" idea of who we are.

I think there are times to be solitary and times to be social and they work together in this wierd circular way where each re-inforces the other.

I think the whole mask thing is correct, I mean you totally act different alone than with company, but what about those that are socially idiotic? Can they achieve hapiness within themselves?
If your on a farm in the middle of nowhere, wheres your social link?
