So apparently, "white" chili exists only in the midwest? I dunno. I've only ever had it at my grandma's house, and she was raised in Wichita, KS. Anyway, whenever I mention how delicious it is to anyone who wasn't raised in the great plains, they just give me blank stares. Either way, IT'S TOTALLY DELICIOUS AND YOU SHOULD EAT IT.

I've heard of it. Maybe it's just because you live in Texas? Actually, I'm surprised it hasn't turned up more in Texas what with all the famous chili coming from down there.
